Maria DeLorenzis Reyes
Maria DeLorenzis Reyes is the Founder of MDR Brands and Training Innovations, where she has worked with over 1,600 companies and trained more than 400,000 professionals in leadership, culture, and organizational transformation. She is the creator of Rebel Leadership TM and The Scale Factor Formula TM and creator/host of the podcast Finding the Upside, where she explores leadership, identity, and the human side of success.
Known for challenging traditional leadership norms, Maria’s work centers on creating cultures of belonging, amplifying authentic voices, and helping leaders align who they are with how they lead. All the contributors on this project all work in different capacities to impact others in this spirit. Maria has gathered this group of women with the intention of creating space for women to share their story and inspire others to own their truth.
